This is going to be a quick post of our camping trip. We are in California for two weeks visiting my parents and we went camping for four days. The kids were so dirty but they had a great time. I wish my husband could have joined us, he would have had a lot of fun as well. Maybe next time sweetheart. We love you so much and we miss you just the same!!!

PS. As for this pictures of me...just keep in mind we were camping:)

Maybe this is lame...

You might think this is a lame thing to post..but I just had to. I have friends that swear by the Bare minerals makeup. I have very sensitive skin and can't switch anything without breaking out. I was a little skeptical about bare minerals because it's powder...yes powder, and we all know that when you use powder it just disappears after awhile and you have to reapply. Well, I decided to give it a try. There was a 60 day money back guarantee even if I used all the makeup. This way I could try it and see if it was really as good as my friends said it was....I was so surprised....IT IS AWESOME!! By far the best make-up I have ever used. Happy 4th of July!!!

We had a great fourth, but we did miss our friends Bryan and Machel, being the first time in three years we haven't spent with them. Noah passed out on the couch after eating two hotdog buns, yes hotdog buns, most of you know that my son doesn't eat food...he eats bread, cheese and waffles...oh and milk. We went to a park here in Landa park with family to watch the fireworks...they were awesome and the kids had such a great time. Noah kept saying, "up, up, up...boom!" He was so cute...

Happy 30th Cory!!!

Cory has officially hit the "old" meter. Yes, he turned 30 on July 2nd (which I must say was a also a great day for the Smith's..welcome Penn Joshua!!!) I on the other hand am not old, which I keep reminding Cory. He has informed me that he may need to trade me in before that point..we'll see;) Unfortunately, Cory was sick on his birthday and for his surprise party, so we had to postpone it a day and he found out about the surprise, but it was still fun. We had dinner on the river walk in a place called Dick's. They make you where these funny paper hats and write random stuff on them. There was this old guy sitting at the table behind us, and his read,"I was a waiter at the last supper". Just all fun and great live music!
