here are some pictures we took today of Grant in his blessing outfit. It's a little too small now, so I needed to get pictures before I couldn't button it later. The one's of me aren't so great but the ones of Grant came out cute!

Grant's Blessing

What a wonderful day it is today. We blessed Grant today and what a sweet spirit. He didn't cry once during the blessing, which makes it so much easier to feel the spirit. It is so nice to have a worthy priesthood holder in our home that is able to give our children blessings. Thank you Cory for being so wonderful!

My Eldest Son

I just love this little guy! He is such a sweetheart and has me laughing every day. He loves telling us how much he loves us. Sometimes I feel he gets left out, first because he was the youngest and now because he is the middle child. Before I had Grant it made me sad to think he was going to be in the middle. He is so sensitive and sweet! Noah, thanks for giving us so much laughter and love, we love you so much!

Aurora lost her second tooth (don't worry, I won't post about every tooth she loses). She received a dollar from the tooth fairy! My little girl is growing up so fast!!!!

Homemade
I saw this on my friends blog,(AKA Mindy, and copied it) so I decided to play along (but mostly because I'm curious what she will make). You can play too! If you want :)
The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! Lucky, lucky you! Haha I even get to choose what amazing gift I am going to bestow.
This game DOES have some restrictions and limitations:
1- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make! Only, it is from ME so what's NOT to like?
2- What I create will be just for you. Awww...don't you feel special?!
3- It'll be done this year. Good thing it is only February...that gives me plenty of time!
4- You have no clue what it's going to be. Mwahahahaha
5- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange. Sweet!
The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must repost this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog. (Although, if you don't have a blog, I don't care if you don't follow through...I'll still make something...probably).
Soooo...the first 5 people to do the above and leave a comment on my blog, will win something home made from ME!

Eating Rice cereal
Another milestone...I'm not sure if he really gets it. But we'll just keep trying. The pediatrician told me to replace the bottle feedings with rice cereal because he has dropped in weight on the chart a little. I think we are going to be spending a lot of time during Grant's life trying to fatten him up. Girls like skinny boys...right?

Brittany and Paige come to visit

We had so much fun with Brittany and Paige here (oh and Cash...love you chunky monkey). It went by way too fast but we enjoyed every minute! The girls went horse back riding which they both agreed was their favorite part of their time together. WE took them to get their nails painted put their hair in rag curls and just hung out together. This was their first time to Texas and I hope they got the feel of what it's like here. WE took them to see the Houston Temple and took some pictures of the kids. Brittany and I were able to get some shopping in in Old Town Spring and had lunch with our good friend Mindy at a cafe. Their last night here we played Simon Says, Red light green light and duck duck goose (Brittany's version: Cow, rubberband, hippo...). I'm glad that their wasn't anyone there to take our picture;) It was sad to seem them leave.
To Brit: Thanks for being such a great friend ( a rock in my life...I stole your line) and for coming to visit us. (And thanks to Bryce and family for letting you come and watching Sailor). We had such a great time. It's so wonderful to have friends that you can totally be yourself and can always find things to gab about. I hope that you will come visit again, or we can come out there. I hope that it will be before they are baptized. If not...see you again in 2011! Love you tons!!
