Happy Halloween!

We had a great Halloween. Friday night we went to our Trunk-er-Treat at the Church and then Cory and I went to a costume party with people from the Law School, (Thanks Ben and Mindy for watching our kids over night:)), Sat we played and Aurora learned to ride a two-wheeler (post to come) and then Sat night Cory took the kids (minus Grant) trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. Hope everyone had a fantastic Halloween!

The Tooth Fairy

Aurora lost a front tooth and tonight she put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy. When I went to collect the tooth this note was under her pillow. SO CUTE!! Here is the translation ( or what we think it says).
Dear Tooth Fairy,
I always wanted to see you. In the morning can you come to my house...(can't read)...that you can do.

PS. Can you give me more money.
PS. I lost my tooth (crossed out, I guess she found it)

A dress

I was so excited...I MADE THIS!! I know it's not AMAZING, but I was so proud of myself I just had to post. I can't wait to see it on Aurora (I hope it doesn't fall apart as she is putting it on..haha).

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANT!

My little baby turned 1 last tues. I can't believe how fast the year went. He is such a wonderful boy and we are just so blessed to have him in our family.

Grant's 1!

My sweet friend Terri took some photos of Grant today. I take my kids pictures each time they turn 1, and opted to have my friend take them instead of in a studio. They turned out so cute and I love all of them. Which one would you choose?

Grandma comes to visit

My mom came for a quick visit last week. We had so much! WE went to the park and there was a festival going on there with fun things to look at for mom and grandma.They also had a craft table just for kids. So after Aurora did every craft at the table, we went and had an ice cream. My mom and I did some shopping and mostly we just relaxed and enjoyed eachother. Thanks GRANDMA for coming to visit us, we can't wait to see you again in a couple of weeks!
(And yes, that is me holding all of their crafts ;))
